A Human Approach to Job Search: Insights from a Sabio Alum

I have a another tip as well for my job. Yeah. For it search process was I was trying to get to as many humans as possible, if that makes sense. There's a lot of automated things, there's a lot of things that just run through. Uh, I think someone said on the chat over here, something about Indeed going through its algorithms and keywords. I want to talk to someone. I was trying to talk to recruiters, uh, just build my confidence about talking about myself and what I can do and being able to, to utilize that. When it came to the point of me actually talking on the phone, zoom, call in person, whatever it may be, uh, that actual interview. And I had the confidence to talk. 'cause I know, I know I can talk my way through something. Um, but that, that was my, my major thing that I wanted to do is make sure I talk to a person, not a computer, or take a, take a written test or someone download a repo and do their work for them. Like, I wasn't doing that. Like, I was worth more than that.
